What should I bring?
A willing heart to receive TRUTH & LOVE an open mind for it to rest and flourish along with the PURPOSE of Sharing , Gaining and Changing for the best level of I AMness you were created for.

Is there a dress code?
 You should bring loose fitting comfortable clothing. Also, we will conduct a brief meditation and exercise in the  morning. Loose fitting or workout clothing work.

Do I have to participate in all sessions?
Yes. All workshop participants are require and expected to participate in all sessions. TPlease make your travel arrangements accordingly and allow for travel time.
